Sowing The Future - Spring Equinox

The earth is turning, the light is returning, something in us is ready to begin again!

This Spring Equinox, we gather to root our intentions into the earth and into ourselves; mind, body, and soul.

Inspired by the spirit of Nowruz, the Persian New Year, this collaborative workshop is guided by Parnian (Counselor and Coach) and Yasmin (Art Therapist). Hosted by GroenGoed at one of their Oases in Rotterdam.

This space is for anyone longing to pause, reconnect, and begin again.

Come as you are, leave with soil under your nails and something growing within you.
